December 2023, we just found out we are the winners of Europan17 in Berlin (check our project here!), and we start a month long fun collaboration with RA!. 
Work runs between Beijing and Tulum for us and Mexico City for our partners.



the process 

We start to meander around the topics of renaturing the historical centers, the use of public spaces and the roles of its users - the people, as spectators or actors. How do we design a sustainable pavilion? Is it even sustainable in our days, to do temporary pavilions just for festivals? (even for the supercool ones)...So we decide to design rather something else - one more bench, another birdhouse, a picnic-table - anything that the inhabitants of Logroño (both humans and animals) could use after the festival is long gone. 

Our present to the city, our 9 Souvenirs - memorable, pretty, funky objects that have also an everyday use - like a  magnet  bottle opener one would bring from a trip.
